Free membership is available to anyone who lives, works, owns property or attends an educational institution in the City of Vaughan * Anyone who lives, works, owns property or attends an education institution in a York Region municipality, Brampton or Town of Caledon may quality for a free library card * Proof of valid identification is required

None * Membership for those who do not qualify is available for an annual fee of $80 plus HST
