  • Health care services are provided by a Nurse Practitioner
  • Provides a monthly diabetes program administered under the Nipigon District Family Health Team
  • Provides access/referrals to other health care professionals
  • Coordinates documentation if patient receives care from a member of the team
  • Facilitates Telemedicine appointments
