Independent review board which handles appeals involving health care services in Ontario

Decisions that can be appealed or reviewed by the board include:

eligibility and amount of community services
orders of Medical Officers of Health and public health inspectors
orders and decisions regarding long-term care homes
decisions regarding the licensing of independent health facilities
