• Geriatric Mental Health Outreach Team Geriatric mental health services provided to 11 long-term care homes in central Toronto * consultation, assessment and follow-up care

• Inpatient Services Services provided to patients who stay in hospital while under treatment

• Outpatient Clinics Medical services provided to patients who do not require an overnight stay in hospital
