Description of Services:

Cooperative housing structure for women living with dementia. inspired by the Butterfly Model and Montessori approaches to care * offering a range of services and compassionate quality care including:

Community Connections: Active Day Program
Wednesdays and Fridays
10am-4pm
A day program for independent women who may need occasional cues * this program includes art sessions, music sessions, outdoor activities, purposeful community activities, hot lunch, and snacks.

Community Connections: Plus Day Program
Tuesdays and Thursdays
11am-4pm
A day program for women who need personal support care * this program includes art sessions, music sessions, outdoor activities, personalized activities promoting purpose, hot lunch, and snacks.

Music From The Heart: Music Therapy Group Choir
Tuesdays
1:30pm-3pm
A group choir including clients, family members, and staff * this program includes music therapy, family support therapy, choir practice, and performing opportunities.

Respite: Overnights
10am-10am (24 hr)
Available to existing day program clients

About Us

Memory Lane Home Living is a not-for-profit dementia initiative with new ways of providing memory care in Canada. We are located in Richmond Hill and cater specifically to women who live with dementia. We currently offer social day programs, music therapy programs, and respite to our current clients.
