Provides assistance to continue living independently in your home as long as possible by providing you with home care such as
bath preparation
light house keeping
laundry
meal preparation
transportation for grocery shopping and banking
arrangement for medical transportation
friendly visits
contracted services for lawn cutting and snow removal (subject to financial eligibility)
