Eligibility - Population(s) Served

Women 16-29 years of age and older and their children 4 years of age and younger involved in any form of family crisis and/or violence or have experienced physical, sexual, emotional, physiological, financial or spiritual abuse and requiring temporary housing and support for up to two years

Description of Services:

Offers stable housing free of violence and substance abuse for up to two years for young mothers with a desire for further connection and reunification with their children

Assists women to further their skills and activities of daily living and parenting

Promotes building resilience, skills and strengths in a community living environment to transition successfully to independent living with their child

Offers assistance to women in the following areas

Setting and working towards goals
Parenting
Schooling and/or employment
Emotional and physical wellness
Connections in the community
