Description of Services:
Provides support services to people with disabilities * promotes the inclusion of people with disabilities by working in partnership with the community.
PASSPORT PROGRAM SUPPORT: Assists individuals and families to maximize Passport Funding or Private Funding they have available and help them choose the supports and services they may need.
CHILD/YOUTH SUPPORTS - Provides support to children with intellectual disability, 6 - 16 years of age and their family to successfully manage major life transitions, assistance with liason to the school system and other community services.
EMPLOYMENT SERVICES - The Employment Assistance Resource Network (EARN) helps individuals find a job and retain long-term employment.
EMPLOYMENT READINESS-ADULT SERVICES- can assist individuals with supported employment and courses to help achieve employment goals.
COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION SUPPORTS - ADULT SERVICES - Provides a range of support to adults with an intellectual disability who are 18 years of age and older.
BUILDING BRIDGES - Assists students aged 16 - 21 years of age with the transition from secondary school to adult life in the community.
RESPITE - for children and adults with developmental disabilities.
SUPPORTIVE LIVING - for adults with developmental disabilities.
