Description of Services:

Delivers a variety of culturally and linguistically relevant services for older adults and seniors with a specific focus on supporting those that come from diverse communities

integrated programming offered virtually and in-person at various community locations (subject to availability)
referrals and information specific to seniors and caregiver support
advocacy and community engagement opportunities to create awareness about ageism (discrimination based on age) and the promotion of age friendly communities

We are a not for profit registered charity organization serving the diverse aging community living predominantly in the Greater Toronto Area and York Region. We strive to improve the quality of life of older adults and seniors through programs, services, and referral supports.
