Adult referrals to be processed through Developmental Services Ontario (DSO) - 1-855-376-6673 before coming to OPTIONS northwest

Eligibility - Population(s) Served

Individuals with a developmental disability, physical disability, chronic behaviour and mental health problem

City and District: Clinical services to Adults 18 years of age and over with a developmental disability

City only: Clinical services only to Children 6-18 years of age with a developmental disability and severe behavioural challenges

Residential Services to Adults only

Description of Services:

Provides personal and residential supports to individuals with a developmental disability who require assistance to reach their fullest potential and to remain within their community

Works in partnership with community agencies to provide and encourage a full range of services and supports for individuals
