Mandated to provide 9 rent-geared-to-income units and 3 market value units
Offers 8 one-bedroom and 4 two-bedroom fully self-contained apartments
Provides a common room equipped with full kitchen for residents to use for social functions and events
Provides free laundry facilities for residents
Maintains all public spaces and building grounds
