Description of Services:

Provides home medical equipment and assistive devices to improve accessibility and independent living for individuals with physical challenges or health needs 

Services equipment sold and also services products purchased elsewhere * registered CPAP vendor

Products include manual and power wheelchairs, walkers, lift chairs, stair lifts, porch lifts, ramps, bathroom and bedroom safety products, CPAP therapy equipment (machines, masks and accessories), daily living aids, toileting aids * products may be rented or purchased * some of the rental equipment includes wheelchairs, walkers, stairlifts, lifting devices, hospital beds, portable scooters, commode chairs, lift and recline chairs, etc * also carry compression stockings and incontinence products
 
Services include free in-home assessments * in-home trials * home delivery and setup * on-site and in-home repairs * rental programs * help to navigate the available funding processes * programs for long term care homes and other healthcare organizations * accessible home modifications

Accepts donated wheelchairs in good condition depending on current supply * authorized Assistive Devices Program (ADP), Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) vendor

Meetings

Hosts annual events including off-site Home Healthcare Products conference for health and senior care professionals to learn about many different types and sizes of home healthcare products and speak directly with manufactures representatives, trial equipment, network *  there are no sales at this event - just helpful information and a light lunch is also provided

Also hosts annual Lunch n' Learns, Strawberry Shortcake & Ice Cream Social, and an annual Veterans Appreciation Luncheon to honour nation's Heroes
