Description of Services:
Hospital-based outpatient day program for adults with chronic lung disease * supervised exercise program focusing on cardiovascular fitness, upper and lower limb strength, endurance training, energy conversation, relaxation training, and breathing control techniques * care team educates patients about their disease and their medication, and how to manage daily activities and independent living in the community
Progression and Maintenance levels of rehabilitative care for patients working to restore or maximize functionality, or prevent functional decline or injury, or to maintain functionality
