Description of Services:
Programs focusing on renewing and supporting a sense of wellbeing, connection and community for those navigating bereavement, serious health challenges as well as caregivers
Yoga, Meditation, Qigong, Mindfulness programs, Picking Up the Pieces: 9-week support group assisting those in moving forward after surviving cancer * available for those port-cancer treatment;
Individual Modalities: complementary therapies such as Reflexology, Reiki or Healing Touch may be available for those diagnosed with life-threatening illness, caregivers and bereaved * Sessions are limited
Other Group Offerings such as mindful meditation and MBSR
