Description of Services:
Integrated approach for people living with problematic use of alcohol, opioids, benzodiazepines, cannabis, or other drugs
Services include:
assessment of substance use concerns and treatment options
brief individual counselling and psychotherapy
management of acute alcohol and opioid withdrawal
outpatient tapering for people on high dose opioids and benzodiazepines
medication assisted treatment for alcohol, opioid, and cannabis use disorders
group counselling (early recovery group and seeking safety group)
referral to longer term treatment programs
reintegration support for patients who have completed residential treatment
education on overdose prevention and use of naloxone
