Target communities include the Cambodian, Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin), Korean and Vietnamese communities.
Acceptance for service is subject to the outcome of the intake assessment.
Referrals are accepted from anyone, including self-referrals.
Referrals are through The Access Point. Please call or fill out the application form online.
Once the application is received, a service navigator will call the individual to set up an appointment to do an intake assessment.
