Referral form is found on our website. Individuals unable to access the online form may call intake and request to speak with an addictions intake nurse. Priority will be given individuals who reside within the Central Region, but all referrals will be accepted.

Description of Services:

Helps individuals who are struggling with substance use, by reducing overall harm and improving one's quality of life through education, self-awareness and counselling. This program provides care to individuals who have co-existing mental health concerns. Community programs are a combination of both individual and group care. Psychoeducation and therapeutic groups are provided to support and meet the unique needs of all individuals. This program works to meet patients where they are at in an individualized manner and ranges across the full spectrum of possible goal choices.
