Description of Services:

Voluntary home visiting program for families who may benefit from additional support during pregnancy or any time up until children begin school * Public health nurse and family home visitor work together with the family to support healthy growth and development for children

Program may also include information on:

healthy pregnancies
adjusting to postpartum changes
self-care as a parent
assistance to find help and support as a parent
connecting with your child
child feeding at different stages and ages
support through developmental milestones
referring to in-home clinical services
