Description of Services:

Community-based program focuses on services for urban Indigenous at-risk children with the support, tools and healthy activities that will build upon and foster their inherent ability to make healthy lifestyle choices

Program components include:

after school support
peer support circles and peer counselling
access to recreational and sporting activities
referral to to other community supports
workshops on healthy eating habits
tutoring and mentoring
