Description of Services:

Provides support and helps connect with all necessary community support services needed * services include:
  • help upgrade schooling, and find a job
  • find a suitable home
  • obtain services for children involved
  • identify resources to meet financial needs
  • offers information on legal rights and accompanies the individual if necessary
  • provides counselling
  • If needed, develop a safety plan for individuals and their children
  • provides information and other useful services
