  • includes information on finding employment, housing, English or French classes, health care
  • connects newcomers to the O20 Chatbot, relevant government websites/phone numbers and the Welcome to Canada Guide
  • allows users to connect with 911, 211 and ConnexOntario's Mental Health Services with just one click
  • new feature "Find Services Near Me": allows users to search/visit/call newcomer settlement
    services located in their vicinity
  • new feature "Explore Cities" offers comparisons of major cities in Canada and Ontario based on criteria like cost of living, education, climate, and demographic data.
