Enhances member community's management and administration by delivering financial, management and governance advisory services
Addresses financial and personnel management by providing capacity development to local managers, administration staff, schools, health centers and nursing stations
Provides support for preparation of funding proposals for various community initiatives
Maintains resources on management practices, policies and procedures and governance codes, available for community use upon request
Provides accounting support for the Northern Chiefs Council
Provides advisory services for community finance personnel in following areas:
