Individuals must be medically stable and not in severe withdrawal. Those experiencing high levels of withdrawal or requiring intensive support should seek emergency care prior to accessing M-RAAM services. The program serves as an entry point to the system and facilitates connection to appropriate follow-up care based on individual needs.
