Description of Services:

Empowers individuals with intellectual disabilities to become physically fit, productive and respected members of society through sports training and competition * offers children and adult athletes year-round training and competition in many Olympic-type sports such as:

Spring sports

floor hockey
5 pin bowling
basketball
power lifting
swimming

Summer sports

softball
track and field
soccer

Winter sports

curling
alpine skiing
nordic skiing
figure skating
snowshoeing
speed skating

Meetings

Meeting usually occur on the third Tuesday of every month * volunteers are welcome
