Description of Services:
Enhances member community's management and administration by delivering financial, management and governance advisory services
- Addresses financial and personnel management by providing capacity development to local managers, administration staff, schools, health centers and nursing stations
- Provides support for preparation of funding proposals for various community initiatives
- Maintains resources on management practices, policies and procedures and governance codes, available for community use upon request
- Provides accounting support for the Northern Chiefs Council
- Audit preparation
- Computerized accounting and bookkeeping
