Description of Services:

Provides an initial interdisciplinary virtual assessment is conducted and the team sets goals with the patient and tailors the program to meet their unique needs *Supports to individuals with COVID-19 who continue to experience difficulties in the following areas:

endurance
balance
thinking skills
shortness of breath
speech and swallowing
managing difficult emotions
managing fatigue
